Customized 0.07mm X 200 High Frequency Copper Litz Wire

Litz wire is a wire composed of multiple strands of thin copper wire. Each copper wire is coated with an enamel insulating layer, and then these copper wires are straned together according to certain rules.

This design gives Litz wire many advantages in high frequency and high temperature environments:

Reduce AC resistance: Since the design of Litz wire can reduce eddy current effects and skin effects, in high-frequency environments, the AC resistance of Litz wire is lower compared to a single thick copper wire.

Good thermal stability: The insulation layer and wire design of Litz wire give it good heat resistance and can maintain stable electrical properties in high temperature environments.

Reduce electromagnetic interference: Litz wire can reduce cable inductance and mutual induction, thus reducing the possibility of electromagnetic interference in high-frequency environments.
