TIW-B 0.32mm TEX-E Triple Insulated Wire for Transformer

Triple insulated wire (TIW wire) is a new high-performance insulated wire developed internationally in recent years. It adopts the structure of three insulation layers to provide higher insulation performance and withstand voltage.

The three insulation layers of the wire consist of a golden yellow polyamide film, a highly insulating lacquer coating and a transparent fiberglass layer.

Triple-insulated wire has a wide range of applications in cutting-edge technology and defense. It can be used to make windings of miniature motors and high-frequency transformer windings of miniaturized switching power supplies
